Preschool Recipes
We will provide various recipes we use within our classrooms. Some will be tied with themes such as APPLES or ones we use weekly such as PLAY DOUGH. If you see something your child's teacher is using, don't be afraid to ask if you can make it from scratch and we may upload that recipe for more families to enjoy!
Play Dough Recipe
The children enjoy working with the play dough and this strengthens their hand muscles as they make their fun creations! The dough can be any color that you wish to make it! Have fun!
Play Dough Recipe:
Mix dry ingredients then add liquids. Cook for 3 minutes in a pan on stove, stirring occasionally. Mixture will begin pull away from sides. Immediately transfer dough to wax paper cover surface to knead. Knead until cooled and smooth texture. Let cool completely before placing in an airtight storage bag.
Please bring on Tuesday of your week!
To keep our play dough center sanitary we replace the play dough weekly and ask that families provide play dough once during the year. Please use the link below to use Sign-Up Genius to sign-up for a week to bring play dough.
